This one is really hard to read, especially the bottom character.
It reads, from top, "嫏" (roh), "援" (en), and ... hmm... the last one looks like a combination of "女," "乙" and "北" to me, but there is no such character. I think the last one is just made up. The closest one may be "怒" (do) or "弩" (do), but they have different parts in both up right and down areas.
The three characters are just gibberish. No meaning at all. The second character "援" means to help, but not together with these other characters.
